1. What you're buying

Our guides and toolkits are digital PDF files. You get instant access to download them right after checkout. Nothing ships in the mail. You'll need a device that can open PDF files.

3. Your license

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself or your loved one's case. You may print copies for your own personal use.

You may not resell, share, post online, or otherwise distribute the files. If we find our products being shared or resold without permission, we may revoke your access.

4. Refunds

Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. Once you have downloaded the files, we cannot take them back.

If something goes wrong on our end — the wrong file, a corrupted download, or a duplicate charge — email us at info@prosehelpllc.com and we will make it right.

5. No guarantees

We work hard to keep our materials accurate and up to date, but laws change and every case is different. We do not guarantee any outcome in your case or your loved one's case.

You are responsible for how you use these materials, including meeting your own court deadlines and filing requirements.

6. Payment

We process all payments securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout.

7. Agreement
