Digital Products

Our guides, toolkits, and bundles are delivered as instant digital downloads. Because you receive the full product immediately upon purchase, all digital product sales are final once the download link has been accessed.

If you have not accessed your download, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@prosehelpllc.com and we will review your request.

If you experience a technical problem with your download (corrupt file, broken link), contact us and we will make it right — either with a working download or a refund.

Service Deposits

Deposits for custom services are non-refundable, as stated at checkout. This is because we begin work on your matter as soon as your deposit is received.

If we determine we cannot perform the requested work, we will refund your deposit in full.
